We are based in Moldova—a small country in Eastern Europe, situated between Ukraine and Romania, and known as the poorest in Europe. For more than 25 years, we have walked through different stages of the country’s life, always responding to urgent social issues such as human trafficking, sexual exploitation, domestic violence, and abortion, as well as deep-rooted ideological challenges like apathy, agnosticism, and poverty. Since 2022, the war in Ukraine and cross-border conflicts have also become major concerns in our region. We started in 2000 with programs supporting women. In 2006, we initiated prevention programs against human trafficking and support for people living with HIV. In 2008, we launched assistance programs for victims of domestic violence, and in 2009, we opened a rehabilitation and reintegration center for survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Since 2010, we have developed an approach to Integral Mission for Evangelical churches, and in 2013 we established the Studio of Innovative Leadership, which promotes this model both in Moldova and abroad. Today, our team has significant experience and is ready to share its knowledge and expertise with other people, organizations, and churches interested in these areas.
Our leadership is a family team of Vladimir and Yulia Ubeivolc. Vladimir holds a PhD in Contextual Missiology (University of Wales, 2012) and Yulia is a psychologist and art therapist. Together they are authors and co-authors of books and numerous articles on holistic mission, human trafficking, and social justice, and they build teams engaged in integral mission. Our wider team includes educators, social workers, and psychologists—practitioners with strong theoretical knowledge and professional training who bring both expertise and real-life experience to their work.
We have developed and authored more than 15 training manuals and books. These resources are practical tools with lesson plans and session outlines for educators, trainers, and small group leaders working with different age groups. All materials are built on in-depth research, critical thinking, and theological foundations, which we actively share through our training programs.
